MIPIM 2027, 15 to 19 March: Book Your Hotel in Central Cannes
MIPIM 2027 will take place from Monday 15 to Friday 19 March 2027 at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès in Cannes. It is the biggest real estate event of the year in Cannes: the Palais expects around 20,000 participants from 90 countries and 300 international media outlets. Our hotel is at 12 rue Teisseire, a 12-minute walk from the Palais. Here is how to plan your stay five months ahead, which is not too early for MIPIM.
What are the dates of MIPIM 2027?
The show runs from 15 to 19 March 2027 at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, 1 boulevard de la Croisette. The Palais lists opening days from Tuesday 16 to Friday 19 March. Entry is by accreditation only, through the organiser at mipim.com.
When booking accommodation, plan for the whole week, as the official dates start on the Monday.
Why book your hotel for MIPIM so early?
With 20,000 participants expected in the same week, it is simple arithmetic: rooms within walking distance of the Palais go first. Booking in autumn means choosing your room rather than taking what is left. If your dates are not fixed yet, call us: we will tell you honestly what is still available for the week.
How far is the hotel from the Palais on foot during MIPIM?
It is a twelve-minute walk, 880 metres in total. The route is simple:
leave rue Teisseire and walk through place Gambetta, rue Chabaud and rue Hoche;
cross rue d’Antibes;
go down rue des Belges and rue Bivouac Napoléon to place du Général-de-Gaulle;
join the Croisette, which leads to the Palais.

How do you get to Cannes for MIPIM?
By train if you can. Cannes train station is 420 metres from the hotel, a six-minute walk, and the Palais itself is about five minutes from the station.
By plane, Nice Côte d’Azur airport is 27 kilometres from the Palais.
By car, we have a deal with the EFFIA car park at Cannes train station, 8 place de la Gare, open 7 days a week: 15 euros for one day, 25 euros for two days, 44 euros for three days. Full conditions are on our offers and services page.
Which accommodation suits a team attending MIPIM?
If you are coming as a team and need to meet in the evening to prepare the next day’s meetings, we have three options:
Separate rooms in the hotel: our rooms range from the 11 m² comfort double to the 20 m² family room, all air-conditioned with free Wi-Fi.
The studios on rue Chabaud: our 18 and 20 m² studios, a few dozen metres from the hotel, have a fully equipped kitchen. They are ideal if you are staying all week.
The two-bedroom apartment: the apartment has a private entrance, a living room and a kitchen, so several colleagues can stay under one roof.
What can you do in the morning before the show and in the evening after?
The buffet breakfast, sweet or savoury, is served from 7.30am to 10am, and can be arranged at another time on request. The covered Gambetta market, 90 metres from the door, opens every morning from Tuesday to Sunday.
In the evening, rue d’Antibes is on your way back, and Forville market is a fifteen-minute walk away. If you stay on for the weekend, boats to Sainte-Marguerite Island leave from Quai Laubeuf, a 19-minute walk from the hotel. Our nearby page has good ideas for the neighbourhood.
